RadiologyHawk ("we") respects the privacy of visitors to this website and of the patients whose imaging we interpret on behalf of our healthcare partners.
Patient imaging and reports are Protected Health Information handled as a Business Associate of our healthcare-provider partners under HIPAA and the applicable Business Associate Agreement. PHI is encrypted in transit (TLS 1.3) and at rest (AES-256), access is logged in an immutable audit trail, and PHI is never used to train third-party AI models or shared for advertising.
This marketing site collects only information you voluntarily submit through the contact form (facility name, work email, coverage need) for the purpose of responding to your inquiry. We do not sell personal information.
We use FDA-cleared AI tools solely to assist licensed radiologists. AI outputs are advisory; a board-certified physician reviews and signs every study. PHI processed by AI is handled only under Business Associate Agreements.
